Faith & Therapy
If your faith is an important part of who you are, it can also be an important part of your healing. I offer optional Christian faith integration for clients who wish to explore spiritual dimensions alongside evidence-based therapy. This might include prayer, scripture reflection, or conversations about how your faith informs your relationships and sense of purpose.
This is always your choice. Faith integration is offered as an invitation, never an expectation. Whether you come from a strong faith tradition, you're exploring spirituality, or you prefer a fully secular approach, you will be met with equal warmth, respect, and professional care.

Annie's Book
You Are More Than Your Relationship Status
Single Truth was born out of one of the most painful seasons of Annie's life. As a marriage counselor who had spent years helping couples build stronger relationships, Annie found herself navigating her own heartbreak after an excruciating breakup shattered the future she had planned. In her thirties, single, and surrounded by clients living the very love stories she longed for, Annie committed to a year-long dating fast — no dates, no apps, no distractions — to dive deeper into her relationship with God, confront her deepest fears, and learn to embrace the life right in front of her.
What makes this book different is that Annie wrote it while she was still in it — still waiting, still wrestling, still learning to trust. Drawing from her dual background in theology and psychology, she weaves personal story with clinical insight and spiritual depth. Each chapter closes with reflective questions that readers consistently describe as some of the most powerful prompts they've ever encountered.
Single Truth is more than a book for singles — it's the reason You Are More exists. Available in paperback and on Kindle.

Podcast
Stories, Faith, and the Courage to Live Outside the Box
The You Are More Podcast grew out of a single question Annie couldn't shake while writing Single Truth: "When people come across my book, what do I want them to take away, even if they don't buy it?" That answer became her subtitle, her business name, and the mission driving every episode: you are more than any single piece of your story — and God is more than any problem you bring Him.
Annie brings the same warmth, honesty, and clinical depth she's known for in the therapy room into every conversation, blending personal storytelling with the perspective of a licensed therapist and trained theologian. Episodes cover navigating loneliness, rebuilding identity after heartbreak, strengthening relationships, and learning to trust God's timing when the path ahead feels unclear. The podcast doesn't shy away from hard topics — but it always leads back to hope.
The podcast is also a doorway into a larger community. Annie writes on Substack with deeper reflections, and her weekly More MEMO newsletter delivers encouragement and practical wisdom directly to your inbox.
