The You Are More Podcast

You Are More

Honest conversations at the meeting place of faith and therapy — for the woman quietly wondering if there's more to who she is than the roles she carries.

Hosted by Annie Harton Kassell, MA, LMFT

About the Show

A space to remember who you really are

You Are More is a podcast for women navigating the tender work of identity — in their relationships, in their faith, and in the seasons that ask them to begin again. Each conversation sits where so much of life actually happens: in the overlap between what we believe and what we feel.

Drawing on her dual training as a licensed marriage and family therapist and a theologian, Annie invites guests and listeners to live outside the box — to be honest about the hard parts, curious about the holy ones, and gentle with themselves in the waiting.

The premise is simple, and it runs through everything: you are more than your relationship status, more than your past, more than your diagnosis — and God is more than any problem you bring Him.

Why "You Are More"?

The name began as the subtitle of Annie's first book, Single Truth: You Are More Than Your Relationship Status. It became a question worth returning to again and again: when everything that once defined you shifts, what remains? This podcast is one long, hopeful answer.
